MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1.          Duly Filled in Dubai Visa Form.
2.          Photocopy of confirmed Return / onward ticket on Emirates Airlines.
3.          6 (Six) Months valid passport.
4.          Photocopy of 1st 5 (Five) pages of Passport (3 Set) + Scan/Soft copy (JPEG Format) (Provided by Pen Drive/CD).
5.          1 Color Photograph (Recent 3 Months) + Scan/Soft copy (JPEG Format) Provided by Pen Drive/CD.
6.          Personal or company Bank statements of last 6 (Six) Months.
7.          Visiting Card.
8.          Forwarding letter on company letter head / Trade License for Businessman.
9.          Two References contact details
10.        Visa Fees Non Refundable Tk. 7,350/- (Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Only) for 30 Days visit Visa& Non Refundable Tk. 5,400/- (Five Thousand Four Hundred Only) for 96 Hours transit Visa
11.       Undertaking from travel agent:
  a) For Any Deportation/ Overstay Charges
  b) If Emirates ticket is not utilized then airlines will debit the cost of ticket from travel agency account.
